Description
This was my submission to the LOTR/ Tolkien exhibition, now showing at the Gallery Nucleus. The show called for works to be at least 30% traditional media. I used staedtler pigment liners and a couple of copic markers.
I didn't make it into the exhibit, but it was a great experience working on a physical piece of art. The idea for my tribute was to do a comic book interpretation of the first encounter with the Wring Wraith, from the Fellowship of the Ring. I Had a lot of fun with this one. Analog media is whole different ball game than the digital stuff I am used to.

You should do a whole scene, with more pages. The style and composition look great!
